Easter Messages

Please follow this video link to Rev. Greg Brawn's  Easter Message preached to the congregation at Byron United Church in London, Ontario. It's on a site called Cruxifusion, which is an outlet for Christ-centred clergy in the United Church. My own Easter message, audio only, is at http://www.rocklandchurch.ca/sermons. Happy Easter, Rev. Brian Wilkie.

St Andrew's Singers

Every Thursday at 7:00 pm a small group gather for fellowship in songs of praise as they prepare for Sunday Services and seasonal cantatas. This choir loves to praise God and share their joy with others. Please feel free to come out and join us on any Thursday night from September to June.

Music at Rockland Saint Andrew's Church

Music is a constant in most of our lives and in the Bible as well. The first musician, Jubal, is mentioned

as ‘the father of all who play the harp and flute’ in Genesis 4:21. In Exodus, after the parting of the red

sea, Miriam and all the women played timbrels and danced.

Perhaps the biblical figure who is most remembered for his musical ability is David. David charmed

others with his harp playing, wrote songs and made music.
