My deepest desire when I’m writing is to be able to share with others all the joy, the comfort, the hope and the strength I receive continually from God, by taking time to open up to Him and listen to Him through His Holy Word in the Bible. I pray these meditations will help the readers to experience God’s love for each one of us in a new and exciting way. Amen!

Meditation (Numbers 29:39-40) These are the regulations concerning the burnt offerings... that you are to make to the Lord at your appointed festivals. So Moses told the people of Israel everything that the Lord had commanded him.
Personal Reflection and Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, Just as You directed Moses, we come to You today and ask You to direct us with all our decisions, our actions and our words, that they be pleasing to You. May You teach us to listen for Your guidance in all we say, think and do today and every day. In Jesus’ name, we ask. Amen.

Meditation (Numbers 27:12,14) The Lord said to Moses… “When the whole community complained against Me at Meribah, you refused to acknowledge My holy power before them.”
Personal Reflection and Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, Please help us to not complain all the time about things or people or situations or difficulties.  May You remind us that You are always in charge and that You know what is good for us.  We thank You, Lord, for taking care of us in all the details of our lives. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Meditation (Numbers 213:18-19) Baalam uttered this prophecy, “Come Balak, son of Zippor, and listen to what I have to say. God is not like men., who lie; He is not a human that changes his mind. Whatever He promises, He does, He speaks, and it is done.”
Personal Reflection and Prayer: Thank You for the reassurance that ‘God is not a human who changes His mind. Whatever He promises, He does.’ I needed to hear this, Lord. It brings great comfort to know we can depend on Your promises. I knew this, Lord; I just needed to hear it again. Praise You, Lord. Amen.

Meditation (Numbers 16:8,9) Moses continued to speak to Korah, “Listen, you Levites! Do you consider it a small matter that the God of Israel has set you apart from the rest of the community, so that you can approach Him, perform your services in the Lord’s Tent, and minister to the community and serve them?”

Personal Reflection and Prayer:  Dear Heavenly Father, May You forgive us that at times we seem to ‘consider it a small matter that the God of Israel has set us apart from the rest of the community… to minister to the community and serve them’.  What a privilege!  May You please, dear Lord, help us serve and give You glory by our various ministries.  In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
