My deepest desire when I’m writing is to be able to share with others all the joy, the comfort, the hope and the strength I receive continually from God, by taking time to open up to Him and listen to Him through His Holy Word in the Bible. I pray these meditations will help the readers to experience God’s love for each one of us in a new and exciting way. Amen!

Meditation (Exodus 40:34,37) The Cloud over the Tent of the Lord’s Presence. “Then the cloud over the Tent and the dazzling light of the Lord’s presence filled it.  As long as the cloud stayed there, they did not move their camp.”

Personal Reflection and Prayer:  Dear Heavenly Father, You confirmed Your presence with the Israelites by covering the tent with a cloud and filling it with a dazzling light. Because of Jesus’ promises, we have the same confirmation of Your presence.  We are filled with the light of the Holy Spirit when we believe in You and Your presence.  Grant us the grace that our services of worship be filled with Your  presence. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.

Meditation: Exodus 35:30-31 Moses said to the Israelites, “The Lord has chosen Bezalel, the son of Uri ... God has filled him with His power and given him skill, ability and understanding for every kind of artistic work.”

Personal Reflection and Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, We thank You and praise You for the different gifts each one of us has received from You. We were given special skill, abilities and understanding for various kinds of work for Your Glory, Lord! May You help us remember these skills and talents are from You. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

Meditation: Exodus 33:15-16Moses replied ... “How will anyone know that you are pleased with your people and with me if you do not go with us? Your presence with us will distinguish us from any other people on earth.”

Personal Reflection and Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, We pray that Your Holy Presence with us distinguishes us from non-believers. We can’t call ourselves Christians unless we are able to witness that we know You in a personal way. We celebrate Your Presence, Lord. Amen.

Meditation: (Exodus 28:1,3) Summon your brother, Aaron, and his sons ... Separate them from the people of Israel so that they may serve me as priests ... Call all the craftsmen to whom I have given ability, and tell them to make Aaron’s clothes so that he may be dedicated as a priest in my service.

Personal Reflection and Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, You have given each of us abilities; we thank You and praise You for our gifts. Please help us use these abilities and gifts ‘dedicated to Your service’. May You show us how to serve You and give You glory through them. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
