My deepest desire when I’m writing is to be able to share with others all the joy, the comfort, the hope and the strength I receive continually from God, by taking time to open up to Him and listen to Him through His Holy Word in the Bible. I pray these meditations will help the readers to experience God’s love for each one of us in a new and exciting way. Amen!

Meditation(Deuteronomy 6:4‐7) “Israel, remember this! The Lord – and the Lord alone is our God.  Love the Lord our God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.  Never forget the commands that I am giving you today.  Teach them to your children.”
Personal Reflection and Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, Help us remember Your commands and teach them to our children.  Help us repeat them and live by them, Lord.  Your are our God.  We want to obey and love You with all our hearts, with all our souls and with all our strength.  In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.

Meditation ( Deuteronomy 1:1) In this book are the words that Moses spoke to the people of Israel when they were in the wilderness east of the Jordan River.
Personal Reflection and Prayer:  Dear Heavenly Father, What comfort to see that You spoke to the people of Israel and that Your words are recorded in the Bible.  Helps us think of the Holy Scriptures as words written to us as well.  Teach us to take Your Word personally. Thank You, Lord, for giving us Your messages in writing. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Meditation (Numbers 36:13) These are the rules and regulations that the Lord gave the Israelites through Moses in the plains of Moab across the Jordan River from Jericho.
Personal Reflection and Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you, Lord, for giving  us rules and regulations. May You help us follow Your commandments, Lord.  And please forgive us when we forget You are our God and we are to love You with all our hearts, our minds and souls.  In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.

Meditation (Numbers 32:20,22) Moses answered, “If you really mean what you say, then here in the presence of the Lord, get ready to go into battle... After that, you may return, because you will have fulfilled your obligation to the Lord and to your fellow Israelites.”
Personal Reflection and Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, Help us to mean it every day when we say “Our Father,... Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” May You forgive us, Lord, for not always meaning what we say. Please show us how to fulfill our obligations to You, Lord, and to our neighbours. In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
