Hall Rental

To ensure the space is respected and available for all, the following guidelines apply to all hall rentals.

General Use

The hall is available for meetings, community gatherings, and small events.

All uses must be respectful of the church, the building, and the surrounding community.

The space must be left clean and in good order after use.

Availability & Approval

Availability is shown in the calendar above.

All booking requests are reviewed before being confirmed.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Set-Up & Clean-Up

Renters are responsible for set-up and clean-up during their booked time.

Tables and chairs must be returned to their original arrangement.

Any decorations used must be removed at the end of the booking.

Kitchen & Facilities

Kitchen use, if requested, must be approved in advance.

All kitchen areas and equipment must be cleaned after use.

Please report any issues or damage promptly.

Noise & Conduct

Activities must remain within reasonable noise levels.

Alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances are not permitted on church property.

The hall may not be used for activities that conflict with the values or purpose of the church.

Damage & Responsibility

Renters are responsible for any damage that occurs during their booking.

Additional costs may apply if repairs or extra cleaning are required.
